I traveled with my dog, and the hotel staff made our welcome unforgettable with a thoughtful gift and a cozy bed for her—it was such a lovely touch! The hotel’s central location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore Turin. I loved the spa as well. We booked our trip six months in advance, and she secured an incredible deal with privileges, including daily breakfast and spa credits, making our stay even more enjoyable. She booked top restaurants during the busiest post-New Year period. Her attention to detail was exceptional—she even managed to get us a room in the exact color design we requested. Valeriya also arranged private transfers from Paris to Courchevel, secured a ski instructor. It was our first ski trip to Courchevel, and we absolutely loved it. Spending New Year’s Eve in Paris was a dream, and Valeriya’s recommendation to stay at Raffles Le Royal Monceau made it truly unforgettable.
