We had an absolutely fantastic booking experience with Suzanne. We are a touring band and Suzanne went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most comfortable experience on the road. She booked us hotels all over the United States for our summer tour, helped us get the best rooms within our budget, ensured hotels were briefed on our sometimes late arrival times, and was always easily reachable to ensure we had a smooth experience all around!
