She is super responsive, both during the planning phase and during your trip. For example, when my plans had to change so that we could get evacuated out of Antarctica a day early due to bad weather, Seasen promptly jumped in and was very helpful in arranging for me - at the last minute - to arrive at my Patagonia portion of the trip a day early. From the outset, she provided great options (including at different price points) that took into account my travel style, and I was particularly thrilled with the accommodation she arranged for me in Patagonia. Overall, I highly recommend Seasen and all that she does - I’ve now planned two amazing trips with her, and we’re in the process of planning the next one.

We had an amazing NYC getaway, and it was truly unforgettable, thanks to Seasen’s incredible planning and personal touches. To celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday, Seasen went above and beyond by surprising her with a cake and balloons delivered right to our room.
