Michelle knocked it out of the park on this booking. We originally reserved two standard rooms, but thanks to her work with Fora, we were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite and the unbelievable, one-of-a-kind Bentley Suite! It was a dream to wake up to Central Park and Fifth Avenue views in the height of luxury. We also benefitted from early check-in and late check-out, complimentary breakfast, and the $100 resort credit (well spent at the King Cole Bar). I can't envision a situation where I wouldn't book my hotels through Michelle. Thank you so much.

Working with Michelle is top notch. Easy to communicate, easy to action and she made sure that everything was going smoothly throughout our stay. I will definitely use her again!

Michelle was extremely communicative and available, helping me find the best rate and book/rebook when I need to add an extra date. Then, I left my belongings at the hotel and though they directed me to a third party site to retrieve, Michelle reached out to management to be sure they paid close attention to my claim and saw it through until the end! Happy ending: they had my stuff :)
