Lee was excellent in helping us find the perfect place! She was patient and helpful! She listened to what we wanted and came through 100%.

Lee found this resort for us and arranged for some significant amenities like a daily credit for breakfast and another credit toward the use of facilities at the hotel. That all was appreciated. Also when we had a question upon arrival, we emailed Lee and she responded quickly and effectively. We’re glad we worked with her.

Lee is amazing! She is calm, has strong attention to detail, easy to work with and polite. I’ve booked my Italy travels through Lee which were a breeze to book. And I also booked my upcoming babymoon travels through her. Lee makes this entire booking process easy. She does all the time consuming work for you while you focus on your day to day life. I’ll definitely be booking many more travels with Lee!

Lee was great. I told her the kind of vacation I wanted for NYE & she gave me a range of excellent options to choose from. She was responsive to my questions and available to address any issues with the booking. In fact, Lee suggested The Body Holiday for this trip. However, because I've been to Body Holiday at least 10x (it's my favorite resort on earth), I wanted to try The Retreat. The fact that her first recommendation happens to be my favorite resort means she understands my style. I would happily book with Lee again.
