Lauren was great, she made everything so easy, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout when questions arose. Would definitely use Lauren again and recommend her to anyone.

LAUREN IS INCREDIBLE!!!! We loved working with Lauren. She planned us the most beautiful Cozumel trip and then I lost my job and we had to cancel. We were so disappointed, and I felt terrible. It was our first time working together and she had gone above and beyond to plan us a great trip. She was so kind and worked with me through the cancellation process. THEN.... I got a new job, and in a pinch Lauren planned us a second trip to squeeze in a little family fun before I started my new job. I would not have been able to pull the trip off without her. While on the trip, we had an issue with the hotel, and she was wonderful in helping us navigate the customer service. Working with Lauren assured me that I was getting the best value for my money, the best upgrades, and the kindest human to work with. Thank you Lauren for all you did!!!!!!!!!!

Lauren was phenomenal. From being introduced to her by a friend she was proactive from the initial planning stage all the way to the end. We gave her cities we wanted to visit and she planned and booked everything in a first class way. She was patient and accommodating when we need to make changes and was always responsive with updates and suggestions. We’ve worked with other advisors in the past, but none hold a candle to her. Absolutely fantastic trip and looking forward to planning the next one with her.
