And as someone that used to plan corporate travel conferences, she listens to her client, provides just what you need, and when requested times for services are not available, gives you options. We felt so confident in Lauren, that we were able to relax and just wait for the day to arrive. She gently reminded us when to finalize our commitment, and once booked, confirmed everything, and sent us reminders... the best part, since this was our 31st anniversary, just as we were settling into our room, a lovely box of chocolates arrived, with a personal note from Lauren!
