Jennifer was always more than willing to answer any questions and/or make MULTIPLE changes to our itinerary (because my Mother kept changing her mind. LOL). She made sure we had all our i's dotted and t's crossed. Sent us messages to make sure everything was being taken care of accordingly - wasn't too over eager with check ins, just perfectly enough! Would HIGHLY recommend her!
