Jeff went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. He got us upgrades and perks at all the hotels. He helped us book private transfers and restaurant reservations. He was very easy to communicate with and made planning our trip an awesome experience.

Jeff came through at the last minute for us to a trip to London with adjacent rooms, and helped us with options for hotels in Paris (during olympics nonetheless) and Budapest. We can't wait to plan more activities with Jeff (with longer lead times). The itineraries he put together were great and we used all of his suggestions in London.
