It was a pleasure working with Gray to plan our vacation and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Gray is an amazing person! We had many preconceived ideas about our preferred hotels, but she found one that was much better than we would have booked on our own! She also got a major room upgrade for us and significant room credits and free parking! We were treated as VIPs throughout our stay thanks to Gray!
