I contacted Amanda early evening as I was traveling and requested her help with a NICE hotel in the area I wished to be in. Within a few minutes she was able to give me recommendations of hotels she thought I'd be happy with. Amanda is familiar with my hotel preferences and was comfortable suggesting The Best Western Plus Winter Haven Inn and Suites. She went over the rooms available, rates and amenities the property listed and also the proximity to the attraction I would be visiting. I feel Amanda always listens to what I am looking for and gives me good recommendations!
