Working with Alicen was amazing from the first introduction call to the finishing touches on our Portugal itinerary and managing all the bookings for us. She took the time to understand all of the various locations and activities that were of interest to us and provided many wonderful options that suited our needs, including activities that we would never have known about if it was not for her in depth knowledge of Portugal. Her attention to detail is impeccable as is her follow-up and was always quick to answer questions and make any itinerary adjustments that we requested. Booking any trip or vacation can be quite a task, and Alicen took the worry and work out of that part of a great trip. Alicen gathered the information needed to book the cruise, made sure our booking information was secured, and she kept us informed of each step of the process and payments required. She was able to get it done in time to book one of the last Verandas available, and the room and view that we had for the cruise added to the amazing Alaskan cruise experience. We look forward to working with Alicen again for our next adventure.
