Alicen did an amazing job of handling cruise reservations for our party of 10. Our daughter's 29th birthday celebration was a huge success! So many memories that will last a lifetime. Alicen worked with us to identify the cruise and took care of booking each of our reservations. She also managed several minor changes and a late addition to the group.
