Wendy Wallace

Wendy was an invaluable guide to northern Italy, and was proactive and thoughtful with her recommendations for how best to tackle the various cities we visited (Milan, Modena, Florence, and Santa Margherita Ligure). She helped coordinate memorable excursions (like organizing a private tour of the Ferrari factory in Maranello, as well as truffle hunting in Tuscany), and made great quality-of-life suggestions such as coordinating our car rental without the need for a stop at a car rental office. We'd happily plan another tour to Italy with her again in the future!

Wendy is terrific — easy to work with, knowledgeable, perceptive, and both ready with numerous well-considered recommendations and prepared to implement your ideas and plans expertly and expeditiously. It is also plain that, on a recent trip to Spain that she helped with, we greatly benefited from the relationship. For example, we were received as VIPs when checking in to our hotels, given drinks, offered (very) late check outs, and provided with what appeared to be extra hospitality and warmth. I highly recommend her.
