I've never had a travel agent before, and I didn't know what to expect. I figured if anything went wrong, it would be good to have a first mate to help out. Tracy went above and beyond! As a Virgin First Mate, she was able to provide perks for me that I would never have been able to get by booking myself, and it made me feel so special and VIP! She even reached out to help me find a place to stay at the port before embarkation. She provided a great experience, and I would. highly recommend her!
