Booking our first vacation through Tiffany, truly added that extra magic to the already “Most Magical Place on Earth”, Disneyland! Tiffany took every step to ensure our stay at the Flemmings Mayfair was perfect. Every detail had been thought of, from airport transfer to convenient location of our rooms for our multi-generation trip. Tiffany made sure there were no surprises, checked in on us upon our arrival to see if we needed anything, and went beyond what was expected to provide excellent client service. We are in great hands with Tiffany as our travel consultant.

Tiffany was amazing! She was quick to respond, thorough in her correspondence, knowledgeable and professional. We were blown away by the perks we received by having her booking our stay. Not only were we upgraded from a hotel room to a bungalow, but we were welcomed with a personalized gift. The daily breakfast and activity credits were the icing on top. Tiffany was kind enough to check to make sure we were happy with everything and was there to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be using Tiffany again for future vacations.

I was traveling with my daughters for their winter break and Tiffany foresaw all of our travel needs; she got us an upgrade to a better room and even managed to change things at the last minute when one of the kids' friends withdrew from the trip. Everything was prompt and professional and we felt very well taken care of on the trip.
