Taylor Trombley

I cannot wait to use Taylor for our next trip. She listened to what she wanted, was highly responsive, and curated a wonderful restorative experience for us. Thank you, Taylor!

Taylor quickly grasped the type of vacation we were looking for — beach vacation with some adventitious excursions. She took this into consideration in the options presented to us. She was great at checking in, sending reminders and considering the needs of our family. I wasn’t ultimately happy with the resort she recommended and believe that more research would have at least uncovered the seagrass issue. But she went out of her way to make sure we got both financially compensated and also provided a complimentary private excursion.

Taylor was awesome! She confirmed our reservations and got us room upgrades and Champaign upon arrival. She got us a hotel credit, which we used for brunch. We will definitely be booking through Taylor again :-).

Taylor was amazing with planning from start to finish. She answered every single one of our questions and really worked with us to make sure we had the exact trip we were looking for. We had some travel delays on the way in and Taylor took care of all our connections and communicated with the resort about our arrival time changes and we did not have to lift a finger. Once on our vacation Taylor sent reminders about our scheduled events and was available to make adjustments as we needed along with coordinating any additional needs like golf carts and dinner reservation changes. Taylor truly made it possible for us to relax and unwind in a way we have never done before on vacation. We are so grateful to have had her plan our honeymoon!
