Stephanie was a breath of fresh air! We spoke to many travel agencies when beginning to plan our Honeymoon, and never felt like we were getting straight answers, honest pricing, or helpful guidance. When we had our initial call with Stephanie I loved how friendly, laid-back and yet professional she was. She answered all of my questions right away, asked tons of questions about our personal travel styles, and seemed to immediately grasp our vision. Our email and phone communication was always efficient, organized and friendly - for someone I have never met, I immediately felt at ease knowing she was taking care of everything. This was our first experience using a travel agency, and we were so pleasantly surprised - we now tell all of our friends to never travel without Fora again! Stephanie also does an amazing job helping us book EXACTLY what we're looking for in a timely manner. We left for this resort right after our wedding - meaning we didn't have time to think through many of the logistics beforehand. BUT Stephanie was on top of it - she checked us in, made sure we had transportation to and from the resort, let the resort know it was our honeymoon and so much more!
