Rachel was wonderful! She took the time to understand our needs as a family of five, and what we were looking for during our trip. Rachel was patient, detail-oriented, easily accessible and quick to reply. We had a perfect vacation, thanks to Rachel's help! Rachel did a great job putting together our last minute mini-moon at the Ritz. She added a ton of value to the trip by getting us resort credit, day spa passes, an upgrade on our room, and late check out. We wouldn't have had the same trip if we had booked it by ourselves. Will definitely be using Rachel for our future bookings.
