We used to think that travel agents were unnecessary - or a luxury - in the age of Google, but Rachel completely changed our perspective. When we found ourselves facing a complicated, last-minute overhaul of an international trip, with exorbitant flight prices, she stepped in and worked wonders. Not only did she find a way to save us thousands of dollars without sacrificing any comfort, but she also went above and beyond every step of the way. Rachel stayed up late, personally guiding us through each detail, and when we finally arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a thoughtful surprise—champagne and a handwritten note from her. Her dedication and personal touch made all the difference. We can't recommend Rachel highly enough!

Rachel Gunter was amazing!! She made planning our trip easy and seamless. She took all the stress out of it. Rachel listened and come through on all requests. She also made wonderful suggestions as well. She was always available and would respond in a timely manner. We had a couple of transfer changes we needed to make while we were away and Rachel was on it! Not only was Rachel an excellent planner but she's also a lovely person! Working with Rachel made our 40th wedding anniversary trip unforgettable.
