Pauline was a joy to work with - incredibly responsive and in close communication with the hotel. She also made the trip extra special with Fora perks and more! We are so grateful.

Pauline did what we asked her to do… which was to take control of our vacation and make recommendations and selections that she thought best. We were very pleased overall. She was always available when I had questions. There were a couple of instances when trip details were not clear or convenient, e.g. where the motorcycle tour was to pick us up and which drivers and guides were paid for in advance. However, these were quickly answered with a call. Also, since we had seen Honfleur on Sunday and had a tour guide Monday, I don't think the pick up on Tuesday at 3 PM was great. Check out was at noon and we could have left earlier. But these are minor criticisms. The guides were great. The places we stayed were beautiful, however as the Chateau d'Audrieu was after the holidays, we were one of two guests or the only guests. To me it felt as if the staff was young. One could tell this was a corporation rather than a family tradition. They were very pleasant. It just couldn't compare to La Ferme Saint Siméon for that reason. In the future I would choose to forego a star or two in favor of warmth. We didn't get to tour Bayeux or the cathedral. We did get to the museum and see the tapestry, but were not aware that upstairs there was much more to see. There just wan't time which I regret. In the future, I would choose to stay somewhere in Bayeux that last night rather than the tree house at Chateau d'Audrieu. The restaurant L'Alcove was one of our favorites, as well as La Ferme Saint Siméon and L'Angle Saint Laurent. When I tour France again I would definitely ask her to help us again.

There are the scenes we have already experienced and there are also people we feel we know: Pauline is one of those. Pauline is enthusiastic, cheerful, funny, available and competent! I decided to take my plane tickets to NYC the day after our first telephone exchange. Only good advice! A great travel diary! I realized one of my dreams and I'm already thinking about my next trip: Pauline will be my travel reference now!
