We contacted Michelle very late to ask for help making reservations in Hawaii over Christmas/New Years. There was very little available but somehow she found us a fabulous hotel that fit the bill for our family (which includes two teens and a grandparent with a walker). We wanted warm weather, beach/snorkel access, good food, and indoor/outdoor fitness options...and we didn't want to break the bank. Michelle found it all, made sure we had rooms close together, requested a rollaway which we needed for one of the kids, and secured us breakfast, included with the room -- we even received a treat from her upon arrival. Michelle listens well, is efficient, and makes the booking process feel easy. We are lucky that she's in this business and willing to help us!

Michelle is so great to work with and she thinks of everything. We had a quick stop in Lucerne so she thought to recommend a hotel within a few blocks of the train station where we’d be arriving and departing on consecutive days. Michelle also thought to ask for adjoining rooms in advance which was helpful. She looked into the noise around the hotel, proximity to sights, and was sensitive to price. She helped us have an fabulous experience all around!

Michelle made magic happen with this booking. Not only did she ensure that our rooms were near one another and that they had everything we needed (e.g., we requested a hotel with air conditioning), but she also thought about every detail...she gave us a few choices of where to stay and highlighted that this particular one was very near the "action" but was also tucked away and quiet. She couldn't have been more accurate and it's exactly what we needed...a quiet, quaint hotel with a yummy restaurant, tucked away in the residential area but only a block away from shopping, countless cafes, and many city sites. We were so happy with this lodging and as the first hotel we stayed in for vacation, it helped set a positive and exciting tone for the rest of our trip.

When traveling to a country that is new to you, it’s hard to make a decision on where to stay! Michelle gave us many options for every city and town, and I am sure all were fantastic, but we chose what we thought was best suited for us! We loved every one. What a luxury to have someone do all the research, and book our choices! This was by far the most productive way to book a vacation! Thank you so much for everything!
