Working with Meredith to plan our trip was an absolute dream. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making our experience seamless and stress-free. Before our trip, we had multiple conversations where she took the time to really understand our travel goals, priorities, and needs. She arranged all of our transportation, coordinated with the hotel for spa reservations, and provided fantastic recommendations for nearby towns and hiking activities. Leading up to our departure, she provided us with an itinerary on an app, that made everything so easy to access. Once we arrived, she checked in via text to ensure everything was going smoothly. The level of care she provided was exceptional. When our flight was delayed by about 45 minutes, she noticed in real time and reached out to check on us, truly personal service. We can’t wait to plan our next adventure with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch travel planning experience.

Meredith is superb. We went on a seven week vacation to. Seven different countries. It was a very extensive itinerary and Meredith did not miss a beat. All we had to do was open the itinerary each day and we knew where to go what time what hotels, flights, trains or planes to get on with the breakdown of all the pertinent information. All of our dinners and tours were booked with her the same way. She is spot on and very detail oriented. She is amazing at what she does and we were very thankful to have had her. She made this trip a pleasure, and a very smooth experience will be using her in the future for sure.

Meredith has planned our itinerary for the seven week trip and all the hotels were way more than we could’ve have ever imagined, as far as the service, the comfort and the beauty of each hotel. I would stay at this one again in a heartbeat.
