Since I was a little kid, my heart has been full of wanderlust. Travel is the one thing that makes me feel truly alive. I love to explore new places (close to home or a 20-hour flight away) and immerse myself in different cultures. Whether it’s eating my way through Italy or getting lost on the streets of Tokyo, I’m always up for an adventure. With 50+ countries under my belt (and a stint living abroad in India), I am fortunate to have traveled extensively for both work and pleasure. Meredith made sure our stay at Post Ranch was perfect. She helped us select the right “house” as each one is a little different. She asked us all our preferences and nailed it with the Peak House. From our restaurant reservations to spa spots, she had everything set for us when we arrived. We really appreciated how she handled all the little details which really made our time here effortless. We would definitely recommend having Meredith take care of your vacation at Post Ranch Inn.

Working with Meredith to plan our trip was an absolute dream. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making our experience seamless and stress-free. Before our trip, we had multiple conversations where she took the time to really understand our travel goals, priorities, and needs. She arranged all of our transportation, coordinated with the hotel for spa reservations, and provided fantastic recommendations for nearby towns and hiking activities. Leading up to our departure, she provided us with an itinerary on an app, that made everything so easy to access. Once we arrived, she checked in via text to ensure everything was going smoothly. The level of care she provided was exceptional. When our flight was delayed by about 45 minutes, she noticed in real time and reached out to check on us, truly personal service. We can’t wait to plan our next adventure with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch travel planning experience.
