When she learned of the hotel's error in our booking she immediately stopped everything she was doing and called the manager to help make our stay enjoyable and fairly priced. She recommended an excellent hike and nearby spa which we thoroughly enjoyed. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. She took the time to curate a perfect girls get away filled with outdoor activity, great food, and pampering. She was clear and communicative preceding and post travel and takes great pride in her work. I have already booked another excursion with her as I was blown away by her knowledge, attention to detail, and skillful planning. We returned home relaxed and felt well taken care of by Marisa. I have recommended her to all my friends looking for a special occasion get away near or far!
