Maria is extremely responsive and accommodating. She is efficient, always checking in, and always trying to ensure you are taken care of with any of your travel needs. She is extremely versed in hotel varieties, hotel policies, amenities, and neighboring details of a variety of locations across the globe. She truly operates as someone on your side ensuring your entire experience is smooth, stress-free, and hassle free. Even if you have to cancel, Maria stays by your side to ensure you are taken care of to the best of her ability. She provides assistance and checks in at all stages, from initial booking through to when you get home, and even after.

Maria was very helpful and attentive when booking this trip. She made all the reservations for us and even gave us recommendations for our down time.
