Lisa was amazing, I had to make a last minute reservation for work. I called Lisa at 9 pm she was very willing to help. She not only booked the hotel for us but she got us an upgrade and free breakfast along with 100.00 to use on the property. We got to the hotel at 11:05 the hotel bar just closed we were sad we couldn’t get a night cap. We checked in got into our room only to find out we were in a gorgeous hotel suite on the table was a chilled bottle of champagne and a beautiful welcome note along with some She she a little copies of papers I needed for a presentation the next morning. I was so happy cause I got my night cap. Lisa was amazing all my travels will be booked thru her. She goes above and beyond. Thank you Lisa for the attention to details.
