I can't say enough good things about Lindsey—if I could give her 20 stars, I would! I initially spoke with a different travel agent, and it was a terrible experience. I started to think all agents were the same and that I’d have to figure out the cruise booking process on my own. Then I found Lindsey! From the start, she was incredible. She listened to my concerns, answered all my questions quickly, and never pressured me into anything. This was our first cruise, and we had a ton of questions before we were even ready to book. Lindsey was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in our choices. She provided valuable insight into everything from cruise ship details to ports and even the best hotels to stay in before our trip. I’ve recommended Lindsey to everyone I know (and even strangers on Facebook!). I can’t imagine a more helpful, kind, and knowledgeable travel agent.

Lindsey was great to work with. I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do for my vacation and made the decision at the last minute, so didn't have a lot of time figure it out for myself. Lindsey was great at finding different options for cruises, hotels, flights, and activities to help get me an amazing vacation planned while I was busy doing other things. She was able to accommodate my last minute changes and came up with some great activities for me to do and hotels for me to stay at that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. I highly recommend recommend Lindsey for your next vacation plans. I will definitely have her plan my next trips for me and my extended family.
