I explained to Lily that I wanted to take my 19 yr old niece to NYC for her first time — but I wanted every step, every detail planned in advance. We needed to be tourists, we needed a broadway show, shopping, etc.. However, I wanted restaurants that the locals dined at. Lily knocked it out of the ballpark. I won’t plan any trips on my own anymore. Lily read my mind.
