Lauren Marks

Lauren went above and beyond! She not only found and booked the hotel, but went above and beyond to help accommodate my special requests.

Once again Lauren listened to what we wanted, looked at it in light of her success in booking our last trip (the Jamaica Inn), and led us inn the right direction. she was thorough; followed up and reminded us as needed; and offered help with ay difficulties which arose (few did).

Lauren was highly recommended by another client whom I knew; he was right in connecting us. She was masterful in helping us narrow my focus to a single resort with all of the aspects I knew would make this celebratory trip perfect for my wife who recently retired and me. We guided our choices but did so in a way that Lauren was able to get us all we expected and more. When we asked another guest at cocktails one night how he and his wife had chosen Jamaica Hill over twenty years ago (they go every year), he said "Back then we still used a travel agent." Patricia and I quietly smiled at each other with a silent nod to Lauren and Fora. Perhaps he and we are still on to something here? We'll check back in after next year's return trip to the Jamaica Inn where they will again greet us with "Welcome Home."

Lauren was terrific. She facilitated everything, kept us up-to date consistently. She responded almost instantly every time we needed her. I would not hesitate to use her again or refer other travelers to her. She's the best.
