Lauren was very helpful when booking this trip. We did have some issues before getting on the cruise with regard to staying at the hotel pre cruise and she solved all of our issues. I would not hesitate to use Lauren again. She is professional and a pleasure to work with.

Lauren was perfect!! Because of my handicap, Lauren doublechecked every booking, cruise line, hotels and airline reservations. When we arrived at the first hotel, there was a serious glitch, that we did not have a handicap room. I texted Lauen and in a short time, the hotel found us the correct room and apologized. Lauren's contact then added free breakfasts. When she learned I broke the arm of my prescription sunglasses, she met us with an eye glass kit and was able to fix them. I was also given a pair from the gift shop for no charge, just in case it broke again. She then added free passes for the streetcar tour, we were planning to use on our last day. We were positive that none of this would have happened without Lauren's input. Then arriving on the American Cruise Line, I was set up with a meeting with the chef to go over my severe food allergies, that Lauren had informed them. Lauren checked in with us often to confirm that everything was going smoothly. My husband and I agreed that in the future, we will use Lauren as our travel advisor, because of her personal interest in our wellbeing.
