Kim has absolutely nailed what my family enjoys in all aspects of a perfect trip. I am sorry but she is stuck coordinating our vacations for as long as she will have us.

Kim made it super easy. We gave her our Marriott numbers and she did the rest. Especially coordinating for our room to make sure the hotel understood we would have our 3 year old, it was so much easier working through Kim.
