Kate is the consummate advisor, who took the time to ensure we got the trip we wanted! Whenever we had questions, she was happy to answer them in a very timely manner. If an issue popped up, Kate was always available and able to handle it. She coordinated everything for us, taking the stress out of the planning so we could focus on the packing. AND, there was a sweet surprise from her when we got to our room, a nice touch to welcome us for the onset of our adventure! We will definitely call upon Kate for our future travel needs!
