Jessica Woods was an excellent, personable resource for my wife and me when planning a vacation in 2024. After NUMEROUS back and forth emails (I think the final, pre-decision count was 27), Jessica was finally able to narrow down our large list to something manageable to choose from. After we did make our choice, Jessica was instrumental in providing additional information for us, including: travel to the resort, what do do there, how to return home. Despite me being a type-A-plan-every-minute-vacationer, we were both very comfortable with how Jessica set us up for success (with the added plus of being able to turn our brains off for the whole process). While on travel, we did have a few, non-Jessica related issues (including the fact that a hurricane hit the resort [which was pre-discussed with Jessica as well]). Although nothing I would consider "major" happened, Jessica was a quick and responsive text away to help solve the problem. I would 100% recommend using Jessica to help plan and arrange any future travel you may have.
