Jenny was so incredibly helpful assisting us with our ten day itinerary to Italy from the US! She had personal recommendations, other client recommendations, and looked into many options to accommodate and work with our requests and budget. She was organized, timely, and easy to reach! Whether you just want lodging recommendations or need help planning an entire trip she is your go to girl! She assisted with ensuring all details were executed prior to and during the trip. Jenny was an absolute DREAM to work with! She helped us craft the honeymoon of our dreams and we feel incredibly grateful for her. It was our first time working with a travel advisor and to say we were impressed would be a huge understatement — Jenny was phenomenal to work with! We felt so comfortable working with her from start to finish. She displayed so much kindness, prompt and clear communication, and incredible attention to detail. Even when I sent a million questions, she answered every email with care and clarity and it really gave me peace of mind. She is amazing at what she does! We honestly couldn't believe how incredibly smooth everything went throughout our entire trip — every single transport, driver, excursion, etc. went off without a hitch! Everything was just absolutely seamless and because of Jenny, we were able to fully relax and genuinely enjoy our trip to the fullest. She also really listened to us and 100% nailed out travel style, as we wanted to do lots of exploring and have some things planned out but we didn't want to feel restricted or too structured. The trip ended up being truly perfect for us! We can't wait to work with Jenny again in the future and we couldn't recommend her more highly to anyone who needs assistance planning a trip. We are really so grateful to her because she saved us so much stress during the planning process, which allowed us more time to focus on the fun and excitement.
