We called Jenifer; on very short notice, to help plan our trip. Jenifer made the experience effortless and easy. She was efficient, fast and knowledgeable. All arrangements for hotels, trains and tours were taken care of by her. The App is wonderful and so easy to use. Plus, Jenifer kept the App up-to-date if we made changes. I would ALWAYS use Jenifer when planning trips whether overseas or at home in the United States…….our trip was excellent.
