Jen was excellent to work with, super-responsive, and full of options and ideas. When we changed our stay from two nights to a single night she adapted the plan in a blink. She also got us free cocktails at the hotel we stayed at which was a very nice welcome after a long afternoon getting into the city. I’m always only going to book travel with her!

Jen is a terrific travel advisor! She made a few suggestions for hotels in the city after asking a little about our preferences. She was able to get us a great rate in a perfect location. She checked in the day of our travels to make sure everything was ok. Jen was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely have her help us arrange our next adventure!

Thank goodness for Jen Plants! I had originally booked my own hotel in Leeds, and they cancelled my reservation on me days before my stay because of overbooking! There was a big cricket tournament in town, and I couldn't find anything decent and affordable on such short notice. I knew Jen was a travel agent and asked for help, and she found me a great hotel at a good rate days before I traveled, which wouldn't be canceled, I learned, because it was a priority booking through Fora. Whew!

Jen was extremely helpful with helping book our stay at the Chateau Marmont. She sent quotes for a few different room options and then confirmed our choice with the hotel. She also followed up with the hotel to make sure everything was in order and that our requests had been met. Very easy and seamless process.
