Absolutely stellar! Iris has exquisite taste to begin with. She found a slate of properties within my targeted budget range; all looked lovely and I went with her first reco. Which was definitely the move. She takes time to get to know your tastes and preferences, and even goes the extra mile to give hotel staff a heads-up that you're coming and "take good care of this one;)" Highly recommend working with Iris!
