This was the second time we booked a trip with Irene. Our first was our honeymoon which was absolutely fantastic. For this trip to Hotel Esencia, Irene got us a great deal on the rooms, she ensured we could plan the experiences we wanted up front, helped us with the extension, and followed up with us throughout our stay to ensure we were having a great time. We took a very early flight in on the trip and a late flight out on our trip, and Irene ensured we could check in right away so we could enjoy every moment of our trip. We will only book with Irene in the future!
