Halie was amazing and always on top of everything as usual. She made planning this trip so easy and pleasant. We experienced no stress, which sometimes comes with planning a trip like this. Halie always kept us informed and up to date on any changes or upcoming payments. She helped me get a law enforcement/first responder discount, which was very helpful. Halie was awesome and we look forward to working with her again.

Halie is top notch!! We didn't have to do anything to plan this vacation, she took care of everything. Halie also provided us with a ton of information on our options before selecting Hyatt Zilara and then gave us a great "roadmap" as to what to do/expect when we were on property. Halie also went to battle for us with our airline after they messed up our reservations for our return trip. She took the time to ensure we actually had seats (they sold my wife's seat to another passenger and she didn't have a return flight), made sure we were seated together and also got us a refund towards our flights to Jamaica!! I had tried to get the airline to do something for us but was unsuccessful so I appreciate the pro getting it done! I would recommend Halie to ANYONE who wants a top-notch professional helping with your travel plans.

Halie was wonderful to work with! She provided us with great information and helped us land on a destination when we were so lost on where we wanted to go. The trip being outlined for us was a huge stress relief. Once we got there we were able to use the insights that she provided us several times to decide on restaurants and locations to visit.
