Brian is an amazing travel agent. He checked in with me multiple times before the trip, checked in during and messaged me on the day of return. There were a few issues I was having for my flight, and he got it solved right away, which saved me time and also money in the end. When I had questions about my travel to the hotel, he was ready to answer and gave me some options of solutions, which was very useful. He also reminded the about the most important thing- to relax and rest. That encouragement really did lay the foundation for me to release my work duties, meet new people, and truly have a vacation I deserved. I'm glad Brian told me to go to the DR because I will definitely be traveling again soon!
