Booking with Gaia was so simple and effortless. Gaia is incredibly responsive and easy to reach. She sent timely updates and reminders ahead of our trip which was so helpful when balancing a busy schedule. She also booked all of our activities with the properties concierge, saving us so much time! We received a room upgrade and had such a fantastic experience on our vacation.
