Danielle was excellent! Not only did she get us a great rate, she was able to get us complimentary breakfast every day and a $100 resort credit. Knowing that I had an ankle injury she even thought of booking us a room near the elevators. She was just to patient with me when I was trying to decide exactly where to book. I would definitely use Danielle again and I highly recommend her.

We had a fantastic weekend! Danielle did an excellent job arranging our stay at The Newbury. I appreciate all her help in planning and communicating with the hotel to ensure everything went smoothly. Planning a trip for a group of 13 people, all coming from different parts of the country, is no small task — but Danielle made it look effortless. Danielle was amazing before during and after our trip. She was constantly checking in to see if we need anything and to make sure we were happy.
