For me, I like to make sure my trips have a balance between new experiences, immersing myself in different cultures and making sure I take the time to really appreciate where I am. I don’t need luxury, but I like to enjoy the creature comforts of where I’m staying and feel like some of the best experiences come from great food & local experiences. My itineraries are always full of the “must-dos” but also have time for days with no plans at all, which more often than not wind up being the most memorable.
