Bri was on top of everything and a very quick communicator. She got me the room I wanted and some extra goodies. I called her panicking from the airport because my flight was delayed and I thought I was going to miss my connecting flight, and she communicated back and forth with the hotel for me to make sure I would be taken care of no matter when I got there. She took so much stress off my plate!! I will definitely use Bri to book my trips from now on!
