Brenda was excellent from planning all the way to our return. She stayed on top of her reminders to us. Anything, and any questions I had she answered right away. I would definitely book with her again. Her customer service is phenomenal! She’s very attentive and provided us with great information. Brenda made sure we had everything we needed before our departure and even prepared to have one of the managers awaiting our arrival to complete additional arrangements on site. We had a wonderful trip. Kudos to her and all of her hard work!
