Her recommendations and knowledge of the Lake Como area was extremely helpful, and she was able to book everything we needed seamlessly. She is extremely professional and a great communicator, when we needed to change our private boat tour at the last minute due to weather, she handled quickly and made sure we had an amazing time. The personal touches really took it over the top - from the thoughtful handwritten notes and treats upon arrival, to ensuring we were upgraded to a Lake View room, I'm so grateful we were able to work with her. Our booking experience with Ann was lovely and seamless! She was an excellent communicator and ensured my Mom and I had a wonderful time at the Pulitzer Amsterdam. Excellent experience! Ann leveraged her experience booking other first-time Japan trips for other clients to suggest a great initial itinerary, helping me overcome the overwhelming set of options I had been thinking about. Given my interests in Bonsai, theater, and other cultural elements, she customized and found great experiences and opportunities to augment that itinerary I had never heard of. Those locations ended up being just what I was looking for on my trip! Her restaurant selections were amazing - I have dietary preferences that can be difficult to handle in a place like Japan (no seafood), but Ann found exceptional restaurants covering so many different styles of traditional dishes. I found myself particularly looking forward to each night she had selected a venue. Overall, it was a great first experience in a new country. Ann helped me past my paralysis of planning to actually go on a trip, introduced me to options I hadn't been aware of or considered, and provided excellent directions, instructions, and guidance in each location.
