Analise Sesay

I think communication could have been much more timely. I am "old school" and I think talking on the phone is faster and sometimes more productive(especially when trying to lock down rates/prices). If we would've gotten started with bookings earlier it would've been better. I know I could have saved money booking our places to stay but Analise knew where we should visit/stay. I didn't have any of that knowledge. It was my first time to South Africa. Analise had us fill out a questionnaire at the beginning and with that she put us in great locations and at places with nice accommodations. One of our stays was at a place called Semonkong Lodge in Lesotho and it was a most welcome and pleasant surprise! We also fell in love with a place called Sashwa. I know that I could never had found these places without Analise. Her knowledge and input gave my daughter and I experiences on a trip we will never forget!
