She helped to book my Four Seasons Hotel in Florence and went above and beyond to add amenities to make my mother’s birthday really special! There was cake, fruit, balloons, and beverages upon entering the room! Aly also helped me to book very detailed train tickets for a hassle free adventure in Italy allowing me to focus on other areas of our trip. I had a very detailed trip planned for my mom and Aly was there to listen and took the time to offer so many suggestions for our trip!
