Our trip to Tofino, British Columbia, Canada was spectacular! Traveling to a remote destination like Tofino would not have been possible without Alicia’s support in coordinating all the logistics. From arranging our beachfront accommodations, rental car and ferry ride to finding the perfect blend of active and relaxing excursions, her planning made the entire journey flow smoothly. We felt so confident booking and traveling with Alicia!

Alicia picked the most PERFECT place for our stay in Vancouver! We told her our must-sees, and and she made sure we were right in the center of it all. We have a very specific cozy, upscale vibe that we look for in hotel stays, and she nailed it with this Autograph Collection hotel selection. Upon check-in, we immediately received the VIP treatment, including a welcome cocktail kit in our room, over $200 of food and beverage credits for on-site restaurants (which were incredible), and a complimentary upgrade to a king suite on the top floor. Let me just say — if you are booking rooms without a travel advisor, you are doing it wrong! Such a great experience.

Booking with a travel advisor was a MUST for this trip!! Alicia helped our entire team secure bookings for our work conference, and our accommodations were within walking distance of the venue. Our perks included priority status for early check-in, complimentary in-room snacks, and upgrades to king suite, mountain view rooms. Our rooms were all in close proximity, which made collaboration a breeze! We will definitely be using Alicia again for future bookings.

Very communicative and responsive. Planned all tours and double checked that we were ok with prices of tours and/or times. Made sure that we weren’t “overloaded” with things to do in one day and made sure that we had enough down time as needed. 10 out of 10 would use again on future trips.
