Zee was extremely responsive, helpful and resourceful in getting me an upgrade to a king bed at the hotel. Communication is key to a great travel advisor and Zee excels here. As a long-time Los Angeles resident, she also knows all the hidden gems in the city and made a great recommendation for a Latin-Asian fusion restaurant for brunch in Santa Monica along with several other cool spots. Zee's a world traveler and so I look forward to my next booking in a far flung corner of the globe.
