From start to finish, the entire trip was perfectly organized and exceeded every expectation. The itinerary was built with incredible attention to detail—each destination was exactly as described, and even better in person. The flow from one place to another felt natural and well thought out, giving us enough time to enjoy every moment without feeling rushed.
All the reservations were seamless. Hotels, activities, transportation—everything was confirmed, honored, and ready for us upon arrival. We never encountered a single issue, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
The timing of the entire trip was absolutely spectacular. Every transfer, check-in, and scheduled activity lined up flawlessly, making the journey smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end.

Working with Yauri to plan our Disney trip was fantastic! She organized everything perfectly from start to finish. Yauri booked us at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort, which was the perfect budget-friendly choice for our visit. She coordinated all the timing so we could go shopping at Target and still have plenty of time to get ready for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
She took the time to explain exactly how the Halloween party works - from trick-or-treating and candy collection to how the attractions operate during the event. Thanks to her guidance, we experienced all the highlights including the Hocus Pocus show and the Halloween parade!
Yauri also arranged an incredible character breakfast at 1900 Park Fare at Grand Floridian the next day. We met Cinderella, Snow White, Prince Ali, and Mirabel, and they surprised me with a mini birthday cake! It was such a special moment. She made sure I got my birthday celebration badge, and I absolutely loved having cast members wish me happy birthday throughout our Disney days. It added so much magic to the experience!

Yauri is an incredible travel planner! She organized our entire Universal Orlando experience and it was absolutely flawless. We visited EPIC Universe, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure with park-to-park tickets, and thanks to her meticulous planning, we were able to see and do EVERYTHING we wanted!
Her expertise with EPIC Universe was exceptional. Yauri created a perfectly timed itinerary that helped us navigate the park efficiently and maximize our time. Thanks to her knowledge as an experienced travel advisor, she gave us tips that helped us score a FREE VIP experience at an attraction in BERK; something I didn't even know was possible! One of my favorite surprises was the birthday badge. I had no idea they offered them, but Yauri made sure I got one, and having cast members wish me happy birthday throughout the day made my celebration so special!
Yauri booked us at Cabana Bay Beach Resort, which was perfect. She even arranged a room upgrade for my birthday! The hotel was comfortable with beautiful Volcano Bay views, and the shuttle service to the parks was super convenient. Every detail was handled, from park tickets to package delivery service. Her timing strategies and knowledge of the parks made what could have been overwhelming into an easy, magical experience.

We got on every ride we wanted to without it. She also recommended the light show in Harry Potter World which was so cool and we would have missed it if not for her.
