Trechelle gave us a taste of luxury with this stay. She ensured our dogs were accommodated to, to the point they had beds and bowls waiting for them in our room. She put us in the center of plenty of activities and sites we would have interest in doing and seeing. When there was a hiccup with the hotel staff and our stay package, Trechelle was on it right away and contacted them to get things straightened out to make sure we got what we were expecting. She even helped me plan a proposal surprise at the Real UP House with the owner, securing a time slot designated for us. Truly an experience to remember. Thank you Trechelle!!
